The practice of requesting a Mass to be offered for the needs of a specific person, for a special intention, or in thanksgiving is a wonderful part of our Catholic tradition. If you would like to have a Mass celebrated for a special occasion, on behalf of a family member/friend, or a deceased loved one, please complete the form below.

Our OLPH priests will celebrate your Mass request as quickly as possible. Masses are celebrated in the order received. If the Mass requested is for adeceased, please identify if you would like a sympathy card sent.
