OLPH is located in south Sarasota County, bordering the Myakka River. The combination of the power of Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022 and the subsequent flooding of the Myakka River resulted in significant water inflow onto our property and the roads, buildings, statues, and prayer decks within. Our property and every building was heavily impacted by the flooding.
Remediation was completed in December 2022.

In Q1 2023, we secured our contractor(s) and commenced the reconstruction process. 

Please note that OLPH will not be able to accommodate your scheduled individual and group retreat on our property in the short term.
