Host Your Group Retreat or Meeting at OLPH

OLPH offers a beautiful, spiritual, and peaceful setting to host a single or multi-day retreat. We are located along the Myakka River in Venice, Florida, a little over 1 hour south of Tampa. OLPH offers conference center and full-service dining facilities that can be used for group retreats, parish and religious groups, meetings, and workshops. Single Day Retreat or Meeting
Do you need space for a religious retreat, group meeting, luncheon, musical event, HOA meeting? OLPH offers conference facilities and seated dining for up to 125 individuals for a single-day retreat or meeting. We also offer dining options including a plated and served breakfast or lunch, as well as continental breakfast, buffet meals, or boxed lunches. If this is a religious event, we also offer our chapel.
The retreat or meeting leader may choose to manage and conduct all facets of your retreat or meeting, or you may request for OLPH's priests to present conference topics and/or celebrate Mass. The minimum number of attendees required to secure our facilities for the day is twenty-five (25). This includes facilitators, attendees, instructors, chaperones, etc.

Multi-Day Retreat
Our campus includes four villa buildings available for overnight accommodations of retreatants, totaling twenty-two (22) private bedrooms (accommodating up to 44 double occupants), each with an ensuite bath. Each villa has a communal gathering space and kitchenette. The kitchenette is furnished with a toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator.
A minimum of twelve (12) rooms must be booked for OLPH to accommodate your overnight retreat on weekends. Smaller groups can be accommodated from Monday - Friday. When determining your estimated number of participants, please include all leaders, facilitators, attendees, instructors, care givers, chaperones, etc.
A multi-day retreat generally has a duration of 2 nights/3 days and includes five meals (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 2 dinners), although we can accommodate longer group retreats. Retreatants check-in the afternoon of the first day between 2:00- 4:00, followed by dinner in the Dining Room.
