Interested in Hosting a Multi-Day, Overnight Retreat?
OLPH is available to groups who are interested in hosting a multi-day, overnight retreat. A multi-day retreat generally has a duration of 2-3 days. Retreatants check-in the afternoon of the first day, followed by dinner in the Dining Room and the retreat concludes by noon on the last day; however we will work with you on the best schedule for your retreat! Full use of the conference center and St. Joseph chapel can be made available to the group at no additional cost.
Conference Center
Our Anne Mayer Conference Center is a multi-purpose facility that has seating capacity for up to 125 persons. We can configure the room to best suit your needs including:
- Theatre Style (max occupancy is 125)
- Round Tables (max occupancy is 90)
- Theatre and Round Tables (max occupancy is 50)
The conference center is equipped with a complete audio-visual presentation system including microphones, podium, white board, and large projection screen. We will provide Internet access via WiFi.
Dining Facilities
Our Maxine and Ray Schirmer Dining Hall has a maximum seating capacity of 150 persons and can be partitioned into three separate dining areas. French doors open onto a screened porch, creating a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The Dining Room is also equipped with a podium, microphone, CD player/speakers, and Wi-Fi in the event AV equipment is needed by a group.
Overnight Accommodations
Our campus includes four villa buildings available for overnight accommodation of retreatants, totaling 22 private bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath. Each villa has a communal gathering space and kitchenette. The kitchenette is furnished with a toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Free Guest Wi-Fi included.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of twelve (12) rooms must be booked for OLPH to accommodate your overnight retreat on weekends. If you are booking a weekend and your groups occupies fewer than 12 rooms, you will still be charged at the 12 room rate.
Do you have a smaller group?
Consider booking your retreat Monday-Friday, when the minimum number of rooms is reduced to 8.

Meals Served
OLPH has an in-house full-time chef who prepares all our meals. Based on the season of your retreat and availability, we will provide you with menu options where you can select the meal of your choice for your group. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am, lunch is served at 12:00 noon, and dinner is served at 5:00 pm.
Cost
Although costs may vary depending on the length of stay and meal selection, generally the 2025 cost for 2 nights/5 meals single occupancy/private room is $415.00 per person and a double occupancy/shared room is $305.00 per person. Example below:

Interested in Hosting Your Retreat at OLPH?
Please click the button below to inquire on the availability of our facilities for your multi-day group retreat. OLPH will contact you within three (3) business days upon receiving your request. Once your requested date is confirmed by OLPH, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to be paid within twenty-one (21) days of booking confirmation. If the deposit is not received, you will be forfeiting the booking and the date will be made available to another group. The balance is due fourteen (14) days before the retreat start date.
