As you can imagine, hosting such an event as the OLPH Butterfly Ball not only takes hard work, but also funds to pay for upfront costs. This includes deposits to the caterers, rental companies, and entertainers as well as costs for publications, postage, and decorations.

Once we receive your completed Underwriting form and payment, we will contact you to confirm your donation. We will also send you a Statement of Donation for your 2026 tax preparation. The Statement of Donation will be emailed within 60 days after the event.
