The Butterfly Ball will be conducting an online auction prior to the event plus a Silent Auction and Live Auction the night of. Online and Silent Auction items are valued at $300 or less; Live Auction items are valued at over $300. Popular auction items include:
- Gift cards/certificates for restaurants, spas, shops, movies, etc.
- Theater/Show tickets to events at the Van Wezel, Asolo Repertory Theatre, Venice Little Theatre, Florida Studio Theatre, etc.
- Gift cards/tickets/access to activities including Round of Golf at a high-end local golf course, Sarasota Tours, Atlanta Braves Spring Training tickets, etc.
- Dollar valued credit toward services such as painting, landscaping, car detailing, etc.
- Annual memberships to local venues such as the Ringling Museum of Art, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine, etc.
- 2-3 Nights at an upscale hotel (use your points as a donation!) or AirBNB rental you own
- Themed Baskets (click here for some ideas)
Please note:
- All items must be new and in their original package.
- Gift certificates, gift cards, service offerings, etc. must be valid until at least December 31, 2026
