Check-in:
Check-in is at OLPH's Maxine & Ray Schirmer building between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm on the first day of your retreat. Should you find that your travel plans necessitate arrival or departure outside of normal business hours, please contact us to facilitate arrangements.
Accommodations:
You will have a private room and private bath. Sheets and towels are provided. You will want to pack comfortable clothing, medications, and personal care items. If you are in need of a hair dryer, please bring one. Once final registration is completed and payment is received, OLPH will send you an email with additional information regarding arrival.
Meals:
Retreatants will be provided a Continental Breakfast daily. Lunch is served at 12:00 noon and Dinner at 5:00 pm, both in the Dining Hall. Your villas will also have some individually packaged snacks for you, as well. If you would like to bring additional snacks and/or foods for dietary requirements - please feel free to do so.
Please communicate to us as part of your registration packet completion, if you have any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate.

Cost:
Day-only: $50.00 + tax and fees (includes lunch)
Overnight: $100.00 + tax and fees (includes private room, dinner, breakfast, and lunch)
Florida tax and fees may apply.
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival result in forfeiture the retreat fee.
